Human mind has a tendency to react to external stimuli and hence anyone can play with our mind who is ahead of us in time or experience. But if we completely submit to God, no one can manipulate us because then we react based on whether God likes it or dislikes it rather than external stimuli which eventually makes us self-aware and fearless . Hence, submission to God prevents us from submitting to anyone or anything and ultimately makes us mentally strong. -Manal Aquil

Maturity is a safe place to be but it cost our childhood. A childlike individual is more prone to exploitation but the bright side is if that maturity came by burning hands then self-learned is a best learned individual. -Manal Aquil

Q. Why does God want to fear him ? A. Ideally God wants us to love him and be thankful for every pleasure that we have in this world. But he wants us to fear him as well so that we don't do corruption on the land and exploit others. Once I was asked why God wants us to pray? Just when I understood the connection between the conscious and subconscious mind, I decoded that when we impregnate the belief in our subconscious that there is GOD (something supreme/ capable of everything) then at any point in life if everything falls apart and we are helpless and hopeless then that idea of God in our subconscious gives us the hope and energy that we have God who will help and fix everything. As a result, we move forward in life with hope. Now, why pray every now and then repetitively? Because of our brain's neuroplasticity (ability to reconfigure itself which enables us to forget redundant things). In order to keep the idea alive in our subconscious that there is God and he will help us no matter what, we need to water that idea of God we planted for our own benefit.  -Manal AQUIL

Q) How to let go of abuse caused by your closed one ? A)  Forget that they are your close, get in their shoes and think of them as normal beings and then forgive them after understanding their circumstances . Q) How to let go if you have ever been exploited ? A) Think everyone is trying to survive and you just came in their way and then forgive them.  Forgive, forgive, and forgive for your mental health.  Plus the reward that follows "Allah raise rank of those who forgive others". -Manal AQUIL
